Capgemini Completes Acquisition of Cloud4C to Strengthen Cloud Managed Services Leadership
Mumbai: Capgemini today announced the successful completion of its acquisition of Cloud4C, a leading provider of automation-driven managed services across hybrid, private, public, and sovereign cloud environments. The closing follows the fulfillment of all regulatory requirements.
The acquisition brings Cloud4C’s 1,600-member team into Capgemini, enhancing the Group’s capabilities in hyper-automated cloud operations, AI-ready platforms, and platform-based services. This strategic move expands Capgemini’s footprint in the fast-growing cloud managed services market and accelerates its leadership in end-to-end SAP services, including SAP RISE, through the integration of Syniti’s data expertise with Cloud4C’s AI-driven cloud management.
