Chennai: Wonderla Holidays, India’s largest amusement park operator, has announced the grand opening of its fifth and most ambitious venture — Wonderla Chennai — set to open to the public on December 2, 2025. Located along the scenic Old Mahabalipuram Road in Illalur village, the park spans 64.3 acres (with 37 acres developed in Phase 1) and represents an investment of over ₹611 crore.

The park will be officially inaugurated on December 1 by Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin, alongside senior dignitaries and company leadership.
