Chennai: Sting Energy, PepsiCo’s electrifying energy drink and Official Team Partner of Formula 1®, has entered into a landmark global partnership with the Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS F1 Team, beginning in 2026.

In a first-of-its-kind reveal, the announcement was delivered not by people but by the car itself. Through a digital film, the precision-tuned lap of a Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS F1 car culminated in the roar of its engine sharpening into the unmistakable “STINGGGGGG.” The creative launch underscored Sting’s promise to bring more energy, speed, and fan engagement to race weekends.

The announcement quickly gained traction online, with leading creators and fans sharing their excitement about the innovative reveal. Sting Energy emphasized that the partnership will extend beyond branding, creating deeper connections with fans and amplifying the thrill of Formula 1.
