Chennai: Amazon India has expanded its Smartchoice program to tablets, following the program’s success in the laptop category. The program simplifies device selection through expert-curated recommendations based on specific customer needs and usage preferences.

The Smartchoice program aims to transform how customers shop for tablets and laptops by allowing them to select devices based on their intended use, rather than comparing complex specifications. This approach ensures customers choose the ideal device for their specific needs, validated by experts and delivered at exceptional value.

The Smartchoice program offers several key benefits, including curated selection for every use case, top-rated performance, expert recommendations, and excellent value with competitive prices and added benefits like No Cost EMI and bank discounts.

The Smartchoice program has demonstrated strong customer adoption, with 1 out of 4 laptops sold on Amazon India in 2024 being a Smartchoice recommendation. The program has grown threefold in sales and contributed to 30% growth in premium laptop purchases in 2024.
