GCC Next Summit 2025 Showcases Tamil Nadu’s Potential for Global Innovation

Chennai: The GCC Next Summit 2025, held at the Chennai Trade Center, concluded on a high note, attracting over 900+ CIOs, CXOs, and senior GCC leaders. The summit explored the theme “Future-Ready GCCs: How AI is Reshaping Global Capability Centers.”

T.R.B. Rajaa, Minister for Industries, Investment Promotion & Commerce, Government of Tamil Nadu, emphasized the need for Tamil Nadu to become a product-first state, inviting global companies to test the state’s capabilities.

Minister’s Keynote Address

Minister T.R.B. Rajaa highlighted Tamil Nadu’s growth story, citing the state’s women as the backbone of its progress, drawing on the Dravidian legacy of empowerment and inclusion. He positioned Tamil Nadu not only as a cost-effective destination but as a future-facing innovation hub. During the summit, Minister Rajaa released two key reports: The Tamil Nadu GCC Insights Report and The GCC Playbook, guiding enterprises on future-ready operations.

Summit Highlights

Karthikeyan Selvaraj, CEO of Kreateworks, stated that summits like GCC Next are catalysts that bring together voices shaping the global enterprise narrative. The GCC Next Awards 2025 recognized excellence across the ecosystem, with winners including Cooper Group, Ashley India, TransUnion, and RNTPCI. The summit reaffirmed that the GCC story is only beginning—and it’s being written in Tamil Nadu.
