Aarthi Scans Launches Vital Insights Lab in Bengaluru for Performance & Longevity
Bengaluru: Aarthi Scans and Labs, India’s largest integrated diagnostics provider, has expanded its India-first performance and longevity lab, Vital Insights, to Bengaluru with the inauguration of its new centre at Jayanagar.
The facility was launched by Basu Shanker, Head Strength & Conditioning Coach of Royal Challengers Bengaluru and Founder of Primal Patterns, in the presence of Dr. Aarthi Prasannaa, Chief Radiologist and Director, Dr. Prasannaa Vignesh, Radiologist & Director, and Dr. Arunkumar Govindarajan, Radiologist & Director.
Vital Insights offers individuals a comprehensive assessment of their health across three dimensions—structural, chemical, and functional. Using advanced diagnostics such as full-body MRI, DEXA scans, VO₂ Max testing, blood biomarker profiling, and strength and balance evaluations, the centre provides a holistic view of how the body performs and adapts. Each assessment is followed by personalised recommendations on exercise, nutrition, supplementation, and lifestyle to help individuals proactively enhance health and performance.
At the launch, the lab introduced VITAL APEX, its flagship program combining full-body MRI, advanced blood biomarkers, and functional performance testing. The program enables individuals to track progress and drive continuous improvement through data-based reviews.
