Air India Enhances UK-Europe to Australia-South-East Asia Connectivity via India
Air India has optimized its international network to offer faster connections from the UK and Europe to Australia and South-East Asia via India, reducing connection times to approximately 2.5 hours.
The airline has launched a ‘Via’ marketing campaign to promote India as a world-class transit hub, highlighting the improved connection times. Air India’s optimized flight schedule makes its flights amongst the fastest for travel between Europe and Australia, South-East Asia, with comfortable transit times at its hubs in Delhi and Mumbai.
“India’s geographical advantage, impressive airport infrastructure, and Air India’s robust route network offer convenient one-stop access for travelers from the West to East and vice-versa,” said Nipun Aggarwal, Chief Commercial Officer, Air India.
Air India has also enhanced its transit experience at Delhi and Mumbai airports, offering seamless same-terminal transfers and world-class lounge services for eligible passengers. Flights are available for booking on the airline’s website, mobile app, and through travel agents worldwide.
