Port Louis, Mauritius: Air Mauritius has canceled all flights until further notice due to the temporary closure of Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam International Airport, following a cyclone warning Class 3 in force in Mauritius.
The airline has announced that passengers can change their travel dates free of charge until March 31, 2025. A dedicated page on the Air Mauritius website airmauritius.com provides updated information on affected flights and allows passengers to manage their bookings remotely.
Air Mauritius will individually contact passengers impacted by delays, cancellations, and rescheduling via SMS and/or email. Passengers are advised to provide their cell phone numbers through travel agencies to ensure timely communication.
Before heading to the airport, passengers are encouraged to:
