Capgemini Reports €5.39 Billion in Q3 2025 Revenues, Raises Growth Outlook

Mumbai: Capgemini Group reported consolidated revenues of €5,393 million for Q3 2025, marking a 0.3% year-on-year increase on a reported basis and a 2.9% rise at constant exchange rates. For the first nine months of 2025, revenues reached €16,500 million, up 1.0% at constant exchange rates.

CEO Aiman Ezzat attributed the strong performance to Capgemini’s AI-powered business positioning and targeted strategic actions initiated a year ago. “Revenue growth improved in all regions, with a significant acceleration in North America. Demand continues to be driven by cloud, data, and AI, with a strong focus on efficiency and optimization,” he said.

Capgemini is accelerating the integration of generative AI across its service portfolio, supported by proprietary platforms, delivery frameworks, and strategic partnerships. The company also completed its acquisition of WNS, strengthening its leadership in the Intelligent Operations market and expanding its agentic AI-powered business services.

As a result of this performance, Capgemini has updated its 2025 financial targets:

  • Revenue growth of +2.0% to +2.5% at constant currency (previously -1.0% to +1.0%)
  • Operating margin narrowed to 13.3% to 13.4%
  • Organic free cash flow remains unchanged at €1.9 billion

Bookings in Q3 totaled €5,161 million, up 1.5% at constant exchange rates, with a book-to-bill ratio of 0.96.

Regional Performance Highlights:

  • North America: Revenues rose 7.0%, driven by Financial Services, TMT, and Manufacturing (especially Life Sciences)
  • UK & Ireland: Up 9.0%, led by Financial Services and TMT
  • France: Declined by 4.7%, impacted by weakness in Manufacturing
  • Rest of Europe: Down 1.5%, despite growth in Public, Retail, and Financial Services
  • Asia-Pacific & Latin America: Up 13.6%, with strong growth across all major sectors

Business Segment Performance:

  • Applications & Technology: Core business grew 5.7%
  • Operations & Engineering: Up 1.3%, with strong Business Services momentum
  • Strategy & Transformation: Slight growth of 0.7%

Capgemini’s total headcount reached 354,700 as of September 30, 2025, up 4.7% year-on-year, with 60% of employees based offshore.
