CREDAI Tamil Nadu Unveils Vision for 2025-2027 Under New President W.S. Habib

Chennai: The Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI) Tamil Nadu has announced its vision and mission for 2025-2027 under the leadership of its new President, W.S. Habib. The association aims to drive ease of doing business, expand its chapter network, and take its international expos, FAIRPRO, to global cities like Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Muscat, Riyadh, Doha, and Singapore.

Key Objectives:

  • Ease of Doing Business: Streamline approvals and simplify compliance to unlock value for developers and homebuyers
  • Expansion of Chapters: Add 5-6 new chapters in key growth corridors, including Sivagangai, Vellore, Karur, Nilgiris, and Thanjavur
  • International Expos: Conduct FAIRPRO expos in global cities to attract NRI investments and showcase Tamil Nadu’s real estate strengths
  • Sustainability and Digital Transformation: Commit to sustainable practices, digital transformation, and affordable housing

CREDAI Tamil Nadu emphasizes the importance of government-industry collaboration to achieve its vision. The association calls for digitized, transparent, and time-bound regulatory mechanisms to enhance ease of doing business.

The association stresses the need for timely implementation of master plans for all 135 major cities and towns across Tamil Nadu, highlighting their role in sustainable and inclusive urban development.
