DEE Development Engineers’ Subsidiary Wins ₹90 Crore Windmill Tower Order

Mumbai: DEE Fabricom India Pvt. Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of DEE Development Engineers Ltd., has secured its highest-ever order worth around ₹90 crore for the supply of windmill towers from a domestic client. The order is scheduled for execution between May 2026 and January 2027.

The contract strengthens DEE Group’s presence in the renewable energy infrastructure segment and highlights its growing fabrication capabilities alongside its established businesses in power, oil & gas and heavy engineering.

Chairman and Managing Director Krishan Lalit Bansal said the order reflects continued customer confidence in the company’s execution strength and manufacturing capabilities as infrastructure and energy projects accelerate.

DEE Development Engineers also reported strong Q3 FY26 performance, with revenue rising to ₹286.7 crore, Operating EBITDA at ₹43.4 crore and Profit After Tax at ₹18.6 crore. The company’s order book stood at ₹1,302.73 crore, providing strong revenue visibility.

The company said it will continue to expand manufacturing capacity and diversify across energy infrastructure segments, including renewable projects.
