Ecom Express Launches ‘Pragati’ to Upskill Last-Mile Logistics Workforce

Mumbai: Ecom Express, India’s leading B2C e-commerce logistics solutions provider, has launched ‘Pragati’, a comprehensive learning and development program aimed at upskilling its last-mile logistics workforce.

The program seeks to certify over 4,000 employees in logistics, supply chain management, and behavioral skills, using a hybrid learning model with classroom sessions, virtual modules, and self-paced learning.

Pragati is designed to assess employees on performance and potential, enabling tailored career development plans. The program also focuses on local hiring in over 3,500 locations, reducing relocation challenges and ensuring seamless integration of talent into local teams. By doing so, Ecom Express aims to create a culture of continuous development and operational excellence through Pragati.
