Chennai: Ekart, a leading 4PL supply chain company in India, has collaborated with IKEA to enable seamless and sustainable last-mile deliveries for its home furnishings business.
As part of this partnership, Ekart will leverage its robust logistics capabilities to execute optimized fulfillment of large parcels across IKEA’s extensive catalog of over 7,000+ products. Ekart aims to fulfill most customer orders within 24 hours, reinforcing IKEA’s commitment to operational excellence.
The partnership will facilitate deliveries through IKEA India’s recently launched fulfillment hub in Delhi-NCR, utilizing high-performance logistics solutions. Real-time tracking will ensure seamless deliveries and provide customers with enhanced visibility.
In line with IKEA’s commitment to eco-friendly logistics, Ekart will utilize its fleet of electric vehicles for deliveries, promoting sustainability in the supply chain.
