Ensono to Invest $250 Million in AI; Launches AI & Innovation Division

Pune: Ensono, a leading Illinois-based managed services provider (MSP), has announced a strategic investment of US$250 million (INR 2,207 crore) in artificial intelligence over the next five years. The company also launched its new AI & Innovation Division, marking a major milestone in its AI-driven transformation.

The new division brings together experts in engineering, data science, software development, and business analysis to accelerate innovation and deliver AI-powered solutions across Ensono’s global client base.

“AI is no longer just a tool—it’s the engine of our business,” said Jim Piazza, Chief AI Officer, Ensono. “This investment reflects our commitment to driving meaningful impact through innovation and efficiency.”

Ensono’s AI capabilities are already delivering measurable results. Its Envision Predictive Engine (EPE) has reduced major incidents by 22% and halved mean time to resolution. DiagnoseNow, another proprietary tool, enables faster issue detection and resolution, minimizing client disruptions.

The company also introduced EnsoAI, a secure AI platform leveraging large language models to help associates automate tasks, collaborate, and improve productivity.

Ensono’s AI strategy is further strengthened by its collaboration with Snowflake, the AI Data Cloud company. By centralizing data from ITSM platforms, system logs, and network telemetry within Snowflake’s secure environment, Ensono has built a robust foundation for advanced analytics and machine learning.

“With this new division, Ensono is well-positioned to power future AI projects and deliver greater value to clients,” said Abhi Saini, Product Manager, Snowflake.

The announcement underscores Ensono’s evolution into a modern MSP, committed to proactive, predictive, and AI-driven service delivery.
