Bengaluru: Hexaware Technologies, a leading global provider of IT solutions and services, has announced its financial results for the second quarter of calendar year 2025. Here are the key highlights:
- Revenue: Hexaware reported a revenue of USD 382.1 million, up 8.6% year-over-year, and INR 32,607 million, up 11.1% year-over-year.
- Profitability: The company achieved a reported EBITDA of 17.2%, expanding 156 basis points year-over-year, and a basic EPS of INR 6.25, increasing 37.7% year-over-year.
- Client Metrics: Hexaware ranked #1 in Service Delivery in the 2025 Whitelane Research IT Sourcing Study for UK & Ireland and scaled one more customer to the USD 50 million+ category, taking the total count to four on a trailing twelve months basis.
- People Metrics: The company has a closing headcount of 32,410, with a net addition of 540 employees over the last twelve months, and a voluntary attrition rate of 11.1% in the IT sector.
- Other Key Metrics: Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) stood at 73, with billed collection at 40, and adjusted cash conversion at 75.5% for the trailing twelve months. The company has a strong cash position, with cash and equivalents amounting to INR 19,248 million as of June 30, 2025.
