Honeywell Hosts Inaugural ‘LeadHERS in Tech’ Event, Empowering Women to Lead in Technology
Mumbai: Honeywell hosted its flagship event, ‘LeadHERS in Tech’, bringing together over 200 women professionals from across the technology industry. The event aimed to empower women to lead in technology and foster a future where women drive innovation.
The event featured industry-wide discussions on breaking barriers and creating opportunities for women to lead in driving technological transformations.
Inspiring keynote addresses, including one by Anant Maheshwari, President & CEO of Global Regions, Honeywell, emphasized the importance of diverse voices in shaping the future of technology. A fireside chat and panel discussion with industry leaders shed light on the importance of male allyship, sponsorship, and addressing gender biases.
Additionally, the event hosted the ‘InnovateHER contest’, showcasing tech-driven solutions from women teams to tackle real-world challenges.
