Innovatiview India Limited Files DRHP with SEBI for ₹2000 Crore IPO

Bengaluru: Innovatiview India Limited, a leading provider of automated ancillary security and surveillance solutions, has filed its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) to raise up to ₹2000 crore through an initial public offering (IPO).

The company plans to offer equity shares with a face value of ₹5 each, comprising an Offer for Sale aggregating up to ₹2000 crore. Innovatiview India Limited is the largest player in examination integrated security solutions in India, with a market share of 73.7% in terms of revenue in Fiscal 2024.

The IPO will be managed by Book Running Lead Managers (BRLMs) including DAM Capital Advisors Limited, ICICI Securities Limited, JM Financial Limited, Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors Limited, and Shannon Advisors Private Limited.

The equity shares will be listed on the BSE Limited (BSE) and National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE).
