With this new feature, users can summon immediate help at the touch of a button—without needing to recall emergency numbers or explain their location during stressful situations. The app automatically captures the user’s GPS coordinates, enabling the nearest ambulance to be dispatched instantly.
In addition, the SOS function connects patients or bystanders to a Kauvery doctor via a 24/7 video call, ensuring real-time medical guidance and reassurance until emergency services arrive. This integration of ambulance dispatch and live consultation bridges the crucial gap between the onset of an emergency and hospital care.
