Mahindra Lifespaces Signs Strategic MoU with Tata Projects
Partnership to Accelerate Sustainable, Tech-Driven Construction in India
Bangalore: Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd. (MLDL), the real estate and infrastructure arm of the Mahindra Group, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Tata Projects Ltd., a leading EPC company known for sustainable, technology-led engineering solutions. The collaboration begins with the Mahindra Vista Project in Kandivali, Mumbai.
Under the MoU, Tata Projects will serve as a strategic construction partner, bringing advanced building technologies, sustainable material usage, and digital project management systems to Mahindra Lifespaces’ developments. The partnership aims to enhance construction efficiency, ensure consistent quality, and reduce environmental impact.
