MSDE to Showcase Grassroots Innovation at Startup Mahakumbh 2025

Mumbai: The Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) will present a dedicated pavilion at Startup Mahakumbh 2025, showcasing 15 homegrown startups nurtured by the National Institute for Entrepreneurship and Small Business Development (NIESBUD).

The Skill India Pavilion, located in Hall 4 at Bharat Mandapam, will feature entrepreneurs from diverse backgrounds and sectors, including sustainable agriculture, eco-conscious textiles, AI-driven services, waste-to-wealth solutions, and food processing.

These startups, curated and nurtured by NIESBUD, represent the rich diversity and ingenuity of India’s emerging startup ecosystem. They hail from states such as Bihar, Gujarat, Jammu & Kashmir, Tamil Nadu, and Uttarakhand.

Speaking ahead of the event, Shri Atul Kumar Tiwari, Secretary, MSDE, said, “Through Startup Mahakumbh, we are showcasing enterprises that epitomize the transformative power of grassroots innovation and institutional support.”

Startup Mahakumbh 2025 will convene over 3,000 startups, 1,000+ investors, and delegations from more than 50 countries. The event aims to promote entrepreneurship, innovation, and skill development in India.
