MSDE, ABCF & BITS Pilani Launch Innovation Challenge for NSTI Students

Bangalore: The Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE), Aditya Birla Capital Foundation (ABCF), and BITS Pilani’s incubator PIEDS have launched Navonmesh Protsahan Spardha, an innovation and start-up challenge for over 10,000 students across 33 National Skills Training Institutes (NSTIs).

The initiative aims to promote entrepreneurship in the Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) sector, focusing on ideas in IT, Automotive, Apparel, Electronics, Power, and Manufacturing. Students will receive mentoring, prizes, and incubation support.

MSDE Secretary Debashree Mukherjee said the challenge will help skilled youth become job creators, driving India’s innovation and self-reliance goals.
