NICMAR Invites Applications for 2026 Admissions; Deadline December 21

Mumbai: The National Institute of Construction Management and Research (NICMAR), India’s premier institution dedicated to Construction, Real Estate, Infrastructure and Project Management (CRIP) education, has announced that applications for its 2026 academic year will close on December 21, 2025. Admissions are open for MBA, M.Tech, and PGDM programs across the institute’s campuses in Pune, Hyderabad, and Delhi NCR.

Founded in 1983, NICMAR is an autonomous, non-governmental, not-for-profit institution backed by leading construction houses including HCC and Shapoorji Pallonji. Over four decades, NICMAR has evolved into a specialised, multi-campus institution shaping leadership talent for India’s rapidly expanding infrastructure economy.

With a strong alumni base of 32,000+ professionals across 34 countries, a network of 200+ recruiters, and an average CTC of ₹9.25 lakh per annum (with the highest at ₹30 lakh), NICMAR remains one of India’s most trusted institutions for sector-aligned postgraduate and undergraduate education.
