NTT DATA and Mistral AI Partner to Revolutionize Enterprise AI
Mumbai: NTT DATA, a global leader in digital business and technology services, and Mistral AI, a pioneer in open-weight, high-performance generative AI (GenAI) models, have announced a strategic partnership to jointly develop and deploy secure and private enterprise-grade AI solutions. This collaboration aims to foster strategic autonomy for clients and drive innovation in the field of artificial intelligence.
The companies will develop highly secure private AI solutions for organizations in regulated sectors, such as financial services, insurance, defense, and the public sector. These solutions will provide end-to-end services, from infrastructure to business processes, powered by AI applications for clients operating on private clouds. By combining NTT DATA’s comprehensive GenAI and IT services portfolio with Mistral AI’s advanced generative AI models, the partnership will enable secure, scalable, and sustainable deployments for enterprises across the globe.
NTT DATA and Mistral AI will integrate Mistral AI technologies into NTT DATA’s customer experience platforms, starting with agentic AI call center solutions in Europe and Asia Pacific. They will also explore co-development of Large Language Models (LLMs) for specific languages, tailored to local markets and specialized needs. This will enable businesses to leverage AI-driven innovation to enhance customer experience and improve operational efficiency.

The companies will jointly develop and execute regional go-to-market strategies for countries including France, Luxembourg, Spain, Singapore, and Australia. Their end-to-end AI services will range from use-case development and customization to implementation, support, and managed services. To drive innovation and implementation excellence, NTT DATA will establish a Mistral AI Center of Excellence staffed with subject matter experts and dedicated resources.
