For those with a penchant for the more complex tastes, Pulissery, Aviyal, Pachadi, and Kichadi will be on offer, rounded off with the sweet richness of Payasam and other traditional desserts.

The culinary expertise behind this extraordinary menu comes from Chef Muthu and Chef Prabhu, both of whom are deeply rooted in Kerala’s rich culinary traditions. Chef Prabhu, with 20 years of experience in the industry, has spent 10 of those years working in 5-star properties, with significant roles that have refined his craft and honing his skills in Salem and Abu Dhabi. His career has taken him across Kochi, Delhi, and Doha, where he has honed his skills and developed a deep understanding of authentic Kerala cuisine. Meanwhile, Chef Muthu brings with him a wealth of knowledge from his 20 years of experience, including five years at a South Indian specialty restaurant in Japan, as well as stints in 5-star properties in Kochi, Delhi, and Doha. Both chefs are exceptionally well-versed in authentic Kerala cuisine, drawing from their deep roots in the region and their extensive professional experiences to deliver dishes that are as authentic as they are delightful.
