A Persian Feast Awaits this March at Hyatt Regency Chennai

Chennai: Step into a world of exquisite flavors as Hyatt Regency Chennai, in collaboration with Soul On A Plate, presents Nowruz, a Persian feast like no other. Experience the artistry of Home Chef Nisrin Karimi, who brings generations of tradition to your plate with aromatic stews, fragrant rice, and perfectly spiced delicacies.

From March 19th to March 21st, indulge in a mindfully curated menu like Joje Kabab, Torsh Kabab, Plumber Chicken, Shiraz Mushroom along with desserts like Tarhalva, Bamieh, etc. With years of experience in making traditional dishes, Nisrin’s cooking is more than just food, it’s a tribute to the country’s culture. The Nowruz celebration will be hosted at Spice Haat restaurant in Hyatt Regency Chennai.
