Rajasthan Founders Share Growth Lessons at 10th TiE Global Summit
Mumbai: Founders from the automobile and personal care sectors came together at the Rajasthan DigiFest x 10th TiE Global Summit to discuss the principles of building scalable and enduring Indian businesses. The session, titled “The Alchemy of Scale: Three Industries, One Growth Mindset,” was held at the Jaipur Exhibition and Convention Centre (JECC) from January 4 to 6.
Moderated by Jitendra Kumar Agarwal, Joint Managing Director, Genus Power Infrastructures Ltd, the panel featured Amit Jain and Anurag Jain, Co-Founders of CarDekho Group, and Mohit Yadav and Rahul Yadav, Co-Founders of Minimalist. Despite operating in distinct industries, the founders highlighted shared lessons around trust, resilience, and customer-centricity as key drivers of sustainable scale.
Sharing insights from CarDekho’s journey, Amit Jain spoke about early missteps and the importance of focus. “Focus, depth, and timing matter more than ambition alone,” he said, reflecting on how disciplined execution helped shape the company’s growth.
Minimalist Co-Founder Mohit Yadav emphasised the role of data-led listening. “We didn’t create the market. Customers were already informed—data simply helped us listen better,” he noted.
Drawing parallels from the power sector, moderator Jitendra Kumar Agarwal highlighted the importance of awareness in technology adoption. “Deployment alone doesn’t drive impact. People must understand the ‘why’ behind change,” he said.
The discussion stood out for its candid reflections on failures, course corrections, and the human side of entrepreneurship. The session reinforced how clarity of purpose, thoughtful execution, and trust-driven leadership can transcend industry boundaries.
The TiE Global Summit x DigiFest Rajasthan continues to position the state as a growing hub for modern entrepreneurship, showcasing founders who are building nationally scaled businesses rooted in innovation and long-term vision.
