MSDE Conducts Rashtriya Karmayogi Seva-Bhav Training to Empower Central Government Officials

Mumbai: The Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) successfully conducted a training session under the Rashtriya Karmayogi Seva-Bhav Program, a key initiative of the Capacity Building Commission. This program is part of the government’s broader Mission Karmayogi framework, aimed at enhancing public service effectiveness and responsiveness.

The training session, led by Pritam Dutta, Director, MSDE, and Master Trainer, CBC, engaged participants in reflective discussions, experience-sharing, and problem-solving exercises. The program emphasized a collaborative approach to governance, focusing on real-world challenges faced by officials.

Key Objectives of the Rashtriya Karmayogi Seva-Bhav Program:

  • Reinforce Seva-Bhav: Instill a sense of service and accountability among government employees
  • Enhance Public Service Delivery: Improve inter-departmental coordination and strengthen citizen engagement
  • Foster Collaborative Governance: Encourage officials to develop solutions to real-world challenges
