Resonia Signs MoU with Amber Wings to Deploy Heavy Lift Drone Technology
Mumbai: Resonia Ltd., a leading power transmission infrastructure company, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Amber Wings, a wholly owned subsidiary of Ubifly Technologies Pvt. Ltd., to establish a strategic joint venture. The collaboration, announced at the Dubai Airshow 2025, marks a first-of-its-kind initiative to transform material logistics and construction workflows through advanced heavy lift drone technology.
The agreement follows a successful pilot on the Khavda IV C Transmission Project, where M50 delivery drones transported up to four tonnes of material per day across challenging terrain. The deployment reduced manual effort, minimized on-ground risks, and accelerated project timelines, reinforcing Resonia’s leadership in adopting transformative technologies for safer and more efficient infrastructure delivery.
