Robin Hood Army’s #MissionSankalp78 Aims to Serve 78 Lakh Citizens

Chennai: The Robin Hood Army (RHA), a volunteer-led, zero-funds organization, is in the final stretch of #MissionSankalp78, a nationwide Independence Day campaign aimed at creating a hunger-free India and strengthening communities. The initiative aims to serve meals and essentials to 7.8 million underserved people across 170 cities in 22 states and union territories.

Transforming Community Spaces

The campaign also focuses on restoring and revitalizing 78 community spaces, including parks, libraries, playgrounds, heritage sites, and skill centers. The RHA’s broader ambition is to serve 0.5 billion meals by 2030, strengthen global civic communities, and expand its Academy to reach 100,000 students.

A Nationwide Effort

The campaign has gained momentum with support from corporate partners, influential voices, and hospitality partners. The RHA’s unique zero-funds model has enabled the redistribution of surplus food to underserved communities, serving over 162 million meals across 400 cities worldwide.
