Rosmerta Group Secures INR 109.15 Crore Project for 6 Automated Testing Stations in Maharashtra

Mumbai: Rosmerta Group, India’s leading mobility solutions provider, has bagged a project worth INR 109.15 crore to establish six Automated Testing Stations (ATS) across Maharashtra under a Build-Own-Operate-Transfer (BOOT) model. The stations will be located in Gondia, Jalgaon, Nandurbar, Ratnagiri, Beed, and Chiplun.

The ATS locations will be equipped with advanced, automated testing systems to assess the roadworthiness of vehicles with precision and transparency. This project aligns with the Government of India’s directive to phase out manual testing and implement standardized, technology-enabled systems across the country.

Kartick Nagpal, President, Rosmerta Group, said, “We are honored to partner with the State Transport Department of Maharashtra to bring world-class, technology-driven Automated Testing Stations to the state. These centers will enhance road safety by making vehicle fitness testing more precise, transparent, and accessible.”

This initiative is part of Rosmerta’s broader project to develop 21 ATS across Maharashtra and complements its successful operation of pilot I&C centers commissioned by MoRTH.
