RYA Cosmo Foundation Hosts Fundraising Musical Evening with Anuv Jain in Chennai
Chennai: The RYA Cosmo Foundation, a Chennai-based charitable trust known for its healthcare initiatives under the MEDI BANK Project – “Care the Uncared”, organized a special fundraising musical evening featuring popular singer-songwriter Anuv Jain at YMCA Grounds, Royapettah. The event was held in association with Hivefy Events.
The concert aimed to raise funds and awareness for the Foundation’s flagship healthcare centers — the Shanti Devi Jawaharmal Day Care and Diagnostic Centre and the Manoharraj Kamala Kankaria Cancer Detection Centre. Both centers have been serving the community for decades, offering affordable diagnostic services, preventive healthcare, and early cancer detection facilities.
Managing Trustee Kalpesh Shah highlighted the Foundation’s mission, stating that the initiatives reflect a commitment to “Healthcare with Compassion and Accessibility”, particularly for underprivileged communities.
Fundraising Chairman Prasan Kankaria emphasized the spirit of “Music for a Cause”, noting that Anuv Jain’s soulful music resonates strongly with today’s youth and is expected to draw wide participation.
Foundation President Satish Munoth added, “This concert is more than an evening of music—it is a collective step towards saving lives through early diagnosis and quality healthcare. We are grateful to our donors, Hivefy Events, and all supporters for standing with us in this noble cause.”
The event was made possible through the efforts of the organizing team including Manish Ranka, Sanjay Gundecha, Ajay Nahar, Chiragh Chowatia, Mahesh Taleda, Anil Kothari, Abhay Lodha, along with trustees and committee members.
The Foundation has invited citizens, corporates, donors, and music lovers to contribute towards strengthening its life-saving healthcare initiatives, reinforcing the message that music can indeed be a powerful force for social good.
