Saatvik Green Energy Subsidiary Secures ₹9.63 Crore Solar Module Supply Order
Mumbai: Saatvik Green Energy Limited has announced that its material subsidiary, Saatvik Solar Industries Pvt. Ltd., has secured orders worth ₹9.63 crore for the supply of solar photovoltaic (PV) modules from a leading independent power producer/EPC player. The company said the order is scheduled for execution by February 2026.
The order highlights sustained demand for Saatvik’s solar manufacturing capabilities and strengthens its presence in India’s growing renewable energy sector. The company noted that the win reflects continued customer confidence in its product quality, advanced technology and execution track record.
CEO Prashant Mathur said the order reinforces market trust in Saatvik’s high-quality solar modules and aligns with India’s accelerating renewable energy adoption and domestic manufacturing push under the Make in India initiative.
The company added that the new contract builds on a strong order pipeline in recent months, including multiple solar module and EPC contracts as well as a solar pump order under the PM-KUSUM scheme. Saatvik also recently commissioned a 2 GW in-house EPE film manufacturing facility to enhance vertical integration.
