ServiceNow and NTT DATA Expand Strategic Partnership to Accelerate AI-Led Enterprise Transformation

Mumbai: ServiceNow (NYSE: NOW), the AI platform for business transformation, and NTT DATA, a global leader in AI, digital business, and technology services, have announced an expanded strategic partnership to accelerate AI-led transformation for enterprises worldwide.

Under the multi-year agreement, ServiceNow will designate NTT DATA as a strategic AI delivery partner, collaborating to help customers deploy AI-powered automation and achieve operational efficiency at scale. The companies will co-develop and co-market AI-driven solutions across enterprise, commercial, and mid-market segments, advancing new deployment models and accelerating time-to-value for customers.

NTT DATA will scale its use of the ServiceNow AI Platform—including AI Agents and Global Business Services—across its global operations to enhance productivity, efficiency, and customer experience. As a lighthouse customer, NTT DATA will also embed ServiceNow’s agentic AI capabilities into its own transformation initiatives.

Leveraging GSMA’s Open Gateway framework and CAMARA-standardized APIs, NTT DATA will help enterprises operationalize and scale AI responsibly through strategic advisory services, platform implementation, and lifecycle support.
