Shree Cement’s Kodla Unit Honoured with FKCCI CSR Award for Excellence in Rural Development

Shree Cement Limited, one of India’s leading cement producers, has announced that its Kodla Unit has been conferred with the CSR Award for Excellence in Rural Development at the FKCCI India CSR & Sustainability Conference & Awards 2025. The prestigious event was organized by the Federation of Karnataka Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FKCCI) and held in Bengaluru.

The award was presented by Dr. G. Parameshwara, Hon’ble Home Minister, Government of Karnataka. It was jointly received by Vishal Bhardwaj, Head (CSR), Shree Cement Limited, and Ramana Gowda, Lead (CSR), Kodla Unit, on behalf of the company.

This recognition underscores Shree Cement’s commitment to sustainable development and responsible business practices. The company’s strategy is rooted in sustainability, with dedicated investments in green technologies, renewable energy, circular economy initiatives, and community development.
