Smartworks to Launch World’s Largest Managed Office Campus at Eastbridge, Mumbai
Mumbai: Smartworks Coworking Spaces Limited, India’s largest managed office platform by area under management, has signed a landmark agreement to license over 815,000 sq. ft. at Eastbridge, Vikhroli (W), Mumbai. Developed by Regalia Office Parks Private Limited, the commercial office arm of the Niranjan Hiranandani Group, Eastbridge is set to become the world’s largest flexible workspace campus.
Strategically located on LBS Marg, Eastbridge offers seamless connectivity via Vikhroli railway station, JVLR, Eastern and Western Express Highways, an upcoming metro line, and a planned flyover to the Eastern Express Highway. The campus is expected to go live in Q4 of calendar year 2026.
Designed to meet WELL Certified Core and IGBC Gold standards for green building and wellness, Eastbridge will feature advanced sustainability measures including green energy systems, EV charging stations, rainwater harvesting, and organic waste converters. The campus will also include wellness-focused amenities such as an amphitheatre, yoga and meditation zones, jogging tracks, bicycle parking, and a Miyawaki forest.

The announcement follows Smartworks’ recent expansion of 557,000 sq. ft. at Tata Realty’s Intellion Park, Navi Mumbai. With six campuses across India exceeding 500,000 sq. ft. each, Smartworks continues to lead the managed workspace segment with speed, scale, and operational excellence.
