Suzlon secures a new order of 81.9 MW for the 3 MW series from Oyster Green Hybrid One Private Limited

·         To supply 26 wind turbines with a rated capacity of 3.15 MW each

·         Project at Agar in Madhya Pradesh, with a total installed capacity of 81.9 MW

·         Electricity generated from the project will be supplied to Commercial and Industrial (C&I) customers under the captive model. 

·        A project of this size can provide electricity to ~67 thousand households and curb ~2.66 lakh tonnes of CO2 emissions per year

Bengaluru : Suzlon Group, India’s largest renewable energy solutions provider, today announced a new order win for the development of an 81.9 MW wind energy project for Oyster Green Hybrid One Private Limited. Suzlon will install 26 Wind Turbine Generators (WTGs) with a Hybrid Lattice Tubular (HLT) tower and a rated capacity of 3.15 MW each at the client’s site in Agar, Madhya Pradesh.  

This order is for the company’s larger rated 3.15 MW, S144-140m turbines from the 3 MW product series. As part of the agreement, Suzlon will supply the wind turbines (equipment supply) and execute the project including erection and commissioning. Suzlon will also undertake comprehensive operations and maintenance services post-commissioning.
