Swiggy Expands Food Delivery Service to 100 Railway Stations Across India
Chennai: Swiggy, India’s leading on-demand convenience platform, has expanded its food delivery service to 100 railway stations across 20 states in the country. This milestone marks a significant expansion of Swiggy’s partnership with IRCTC to deliver food to train passengers.
Passengers can now choose from 7 million+ menu items from over 60,000 brands and across 35+ cuisines. Swiggy offers guaranteed delivery to the seat (or full refund) and a seamless ordering experience.
To order, passengers simply need to search “Train” on the Swiggy app, enter their train PNR, and select their station of choice. Swiggy has also introduced assured cutlery for Food on Train orders, ensuring a hassle-free dining experience.

Swiggy’s partnership with IRCTC has delivered over 35,000 orders on trains, with popular items including biryani, dosa, idli, and vada. The service will continue to expand to more stations across the country in the coming months.
