TukTuki Revolutionizes Entertainment with Micro-Drama App

Bengaluru: TukTuki, one of India’s first homegrown vertical format-only micro-drama mobile entertainment apps, has officially launched, offering bite-sized, family-friendly drama series designed for audiences across the country. According to Anshita Kulshrestha, Founder of TukTuki Entertainment, the app celebrates India’s cultural diversity and storytelling spirit, aiming to bring authentic and wholesome entertainment to viewers nationwide.

The Rise of Micro-Dramas

TukTuki taps into the growing trend of short-form video content in India, fueled by mobile-first viewing habits and a demand for quick, relatable storytelling. The app’s unique micro-drama model delivers one-hour films in 1-3 minute episodes, designed for on-the-go viewing and rapid engagement, blending traditional storytelling with the convenience of mobile consumption.

Accessible Entertainment for All

At launch, TukTuki will offer original short-format drama content in Hindi, with plans to expand into other languages like Bengali, Marathi, and Gujarati. The app allows viewers to watch content without mandatory logins, making entertainment more accessible to first-time app users in smaller cities and towns. Upcoming updates will introduce new categories and genres, including sports and mythology.
