Uber Expands Courier Service to Include Large Deliveries Using 3- and 4-Wheelers

Mumbai: Uber has launched Courier XL, a new category under its logistics product, Courier, enabling deliveries of large goods weighing up to 750 kgs. Powered by 3- and 4-wheeler goods carriers, Courier XL offers a fast, flexible, and tech-enabled solution for heavier shipments.

The service includes live tracking, upfront pricing, on-demand convenience, and seamless booking via the Uber app. Courier XL is currently available in Delhi NCR and Mumbai, with additional cities planned for launch over the coming months.

Uber Courier has expanded to 25 cities and has been used by over 5 million users. Deliveries through Uber Courier rose by over 50% year-on-year during 2024, with the rate of growth further increasing in the first three months of 2025.
