Deputy CM Udhayanidhi Stalin Inaugurates 18th Edition of FAIRPRO 2026 in Chennai
Chennai: The 18th edition of FAIRPRO 2026, organised by CREDAI Chennai, was inaugurated on Friday by Tamil Nadu Deputy Chief Minister Udhayanidhi Stalin at the Chennai Trade Centre.
The three-day property exhibition, which runs until February 22, features participation from over 80 leading developers showcasing more than 500 projects across residential, commercial and plotted developments in Chennai and its emerging corridors.
FAIRPRO 2026 presents 52,586 housing and commercial units spanning 57.2 million sq. ft., with property prices ranging from ₹15 lakh to ₹15 crore. The organisers expect over 50,000 visitors and business transactions worth around ₹500 crore during the exhibition.
Actor Keerthy Suresh is the Brand Ambassador for FAIRPRO 2026.
State Bank of India (SBI), the Title Sponsor and Exclusive Banking Partner, is offering special home loan interest rates during the exhibition. Apollo Hospitals is the Medical Partner for the event.
Mohamed Ali, President, CREDAI Chennai, said the exhibition offers homebuyers a wide range of options across budgets, while S. Sivagurunathan, Advisor – FAIRPRO 2026, highlighted Chennai’s steady real estate demand driven by infrastructure growth and city expansion. K. Mothish Kumar, Convenor, FAIRPRO 2026, said the event provides buyers access to developers, banks and industry partners under one roof.
FAIRPRO 2026 aims to serve as a comprehensive platform for homebuyers to compare projects, access exclusive deals and explore financing options in a transparent environment.
