UST Trivandrum Marathon Set for October 12; Milind Soman Named Brand Ambassador
Mumbai: The Kerala capital is gearing up for its largest-ever marathon as the second edition of the UST Trivandrum Marathon is scheduled to take place on October 12, 2025. Organised by UST, a leading AI and technology transformation company, in collaboration with NEB Sports, the event will be flagged off from the UST Thiruvananthapuram campus.
The marathon will feature four categories: Full Marathon, Half Marathon, 10K Run, and 5K Run. With over ₹22 lakh in prize money and an expected turnout of more than 10,000 participants, the event promises to be a landmark sporting occasion for the city.
Adding star power to the marathon is Milind Soman, acclaimed actor, model, and fitness icon, who has been announced as the brand ambassador. Joining him will be celebrated sports personalities including former Indian badminton player Pullela Gopichand, athlete Reeth Abraham, and badminton coach U Vimal Kumar.

In preparation for the main event, two training runs were successfully conducted in recent months, both witnessing enthusiastic participation from the local community.
