Vedanta Resources completed repayments to its bandholders
From the press statement of Vedanta Resources stated that the Company has completed repayments to its bandholders on February 7, 2024.
The consents received earlier in the year in which maturities of 3.2 billion US dollars in bonds were successfully extended to 2029.
Vedanta Group announced a significant demerger and reorganization plan in September last year.
