Aarthi Scans Launches Vital Insights – India’s First Longevity Lab
Chennai: Aarthi Scans and Labs, India’s largest integrated diagnostics provider, has unveiled its newest innovation in preventive healthcare: Vital Insights, a performance and longevity lab located in Anna Nagar. The centre was inaugurated today by renowned Strength and Conditioning Coach A.T. Rajamani, alongside V. Govindarajan, Founder and Chairman of Aarthi Scans.
Vital Insights is designed to help individuals move beyond routine health checkups by offering a comprehensive understanding of the body across three critical dimensions—structural, chemical, and functional. The lab integrates advanced diagnostics such as DEXA scans, metabolic and blood profiling, strength and balance assessments, and full-body MRI imaging, all under one roof. This holistic approach aims to provide a complete picture of how the body performs, adapts, and ages.
Each assessment at Vital Insights is followed by a personalized health optimization plan. These plans include tailored recommendations on exercise, nutrition, supplementation, and lifestyle, empowering individuals to proactively manage their health and enhance performance.
Speaking at the launch, A.T.
