Air India Unveils Global Inflight Menu, Blending Indian Heritage with International Flair
Chennai: Air India, India’s flagship global airline, has introduced a refreshed inflight dining experience across its fleet, unveiling a new global menu that celebrates India’s rich culinary heritage while embracing international influences. The rollout spans key international ex-India routes including Delhi–London, Mumbai–New York, Bengaluru–San Francisco, and more, with plans to extend across all domestic and international sectors.
Curated by Chef Sandeep Kalra, the menu draws inspiration from the royal kitchens of Awadh, coastal southern India, and classic Delhi street food, while incorporating Pan-Asian, European bistro, and geo-specific star dishes to cater to diverse global palates.
“We are reimagining the inflight dining experience to resonate with the tastes and preferences of global travellers,” said Mr. Rajesh Dogra, Chief Customer Experience Officer, Air India. “Every meal is designed to go beyond taste, serving care and culinary excellence.”
