Carrum Mobility Expands Partnership with Uber
Mumbai: Carrum Mobility, a fleet-management services company and part of the CarDekho Group, has strengthened its partnership with Uber to manage the fleet for its premium “Uber Black” category. Over 250 SUVs have been deployed across Delhi NCR and Mumbai as part of the initial rollout.
The partnership aims to focus on service excellence, advanced fleet management systems, and professional driver training protocols. Carrum will ensure a high standard of service through daily inspections of vehicles and driver partners, dedicated teams, and tech-enabled systems to monitor performance.
Carrum has implemented training and grooming programs for drivers, including clearly defined operating procedures, uniforms, and training sessions. Reward and recognition programs will also be in place for drivers who adhere to quality and service protocols.
