CREDAI Tamil Nadu Secretary Srikumar Swaminathan said the conference would bring developers, policymakers, financiers and technology companies together to discuss changes affecting the sector.
FAIRBUILD 2026
FAIRBUILD 2026 will run alongside STATECON and feature construction materials, technologies, products and services from manufacturers, suppliers and technology companies.
CREDAI FAIRBUILD Advisor S. Sivagurunathan said the expo would provide developers with an opportunity to interact with suppliers and assess products and solutions for construction projects.
CREDAI Tamil Nadu is also planning to bring purchase teams from member developers across the state to the exhibition. Dedicated accommodation arrangements are being made to enable the teams to participate in both days of the event.
Gugan Ilango, Convener of STATECON & FAIRBUILD 2026, said the initiative is intended to facilitate direct interaction between suppliers and purchase decision-makers.
Through STATECON and FAIRBUILD, CREDAI Tamil Nadu plans to bring developers, policymakers, financiers, technology companies, manufacturers and other stakeholders together to discuss the next phase of growth in Tamil Nadu’s real estate and construction sectors.
