Ewolv launches platform to empower women in workplace

Chennai: Ewolv unveiled its holistic mental well-being platform designed exclusively for women professionals. In an event attended by prominent leaders and industry experts, the platform was introduced as a step forward in fostering inclusive and supportive environments for women at work. The launch was presided over by Chandrasekaran (Former Executive Vice Chairman of Cognizant and Ex-Chairman of NASSCOM) and Sandhya Pentareddy (Executive Director & Trustee, VIT University)

The event featured a panel discussion on creating workplaces that support women’s personal and professional growth. Moderated by Sulabha Santhosh (Life Coach), the panel included:

The discussion provided insights on actionable strategies to enhance workplace inclusivity and well-being for women professionals.

Srividhya, Chief Psychologist at Ewolv, said that “Women today need more than just wellness programs and don’t deserve a one-size-fits-all wellness solutions. There needs to be a fundamental shift in how organizations support their women employees and focus should must be on overall wellbeing across their biopsychosocial journeys.”
