HGS Reports Q4 & Full-Year FY2025 Results
Mumbai: Hinduja Global Solutions (HGS) has announced its fourth quarter and audited full-year results for FY2025. Here are the key highlights:
Financial Highlights
- Q4 FY2025: Total income stood at Rs. 1,297.7 crore, with EBITDA of Rs. 279.2 crore and EBITDA margins of 21.5%. Revenue from operations was Rs. 1,161.1 crore, and PAT was near break-even at -Rs. 1.7 crore.
- Full-Year FY2025: Total income stood at Rs. 4,958.8 crore, with EBITDA of Rs. 811.8 crore and EBITDA margins of 16.4%. PAT for the period was Rs. 100.7 crore, including discontinued operations profit.
Business Highlights
- Client Wins: HGS added 13 new logos for digital-enabled CX solutions and 12 for HRO/Payroll Processing in Q4 FY2025. The company expanded its engagement with 65+ existing clients for core CX and digital solutions.
- Awards & Recognition: HGS won two awards at the 2025 Stevie Asia Pacific Awards and was recognized as a prominent player in Everest Group’s “Creating Value with a Purpose: Impact Sourcing State of the Market 2024” report.
- Digital Media Business: The company has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary, HGS Digital Private Limited, to establish and maintain broadband and digital communication networks.
Leadership Changes
- New Global CEO: Venkatesh Korla, President & CEO, HGS Americas, has been elevated as the new Global CEO of HGS.
- New Global CFO: Mahesh Kumar Nutalapati, Deputy CFO, has been elevated as the new Global CFO of HGS.
