Indian Open Athletic Meet to Kick Off in Chennai
Chennai: The Tamilnadu Athletic Association is set to host the Indian Open Athletic Meet at the J.N. Stadium in Chennai on April 15, 2025. The one-day championships will feature nearly 400 competitors vying for honors in 14 events each for men and women.

Selection Trials
The Indian Open Athletic Meet will serve as selection trials for the 28th National Federation Senior Athletics Championships 2025, scheduled to take place in Kochi from April 21-24, 2025. The top performers in Kochi will be selected for the Indian contingent to compete in the upcoming Asian Athletic Championships in Korea in late May 2025.

The events will be held from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM under floodlights at the J.N. Stadium in Chennai.
