MG Astor 2025 Launched: Price, Features, and Variants
Chennai: MG Motor India has announced that its MY2025 Astor ‘Blockbuster SUV’ has become the country’s only 1.5L mid-size SUV to offer a large 10-inch infotainment display and a panoramic sunroof at an affordable price point of under INR 12.5 lakh (ex-showroom). The 10-inch infotainment display is standard across all variants of the Astor, while the panoramic sunroof is available from the ‘Shine’ trim onwards, which was recently introduced with the MY2025 Edition.
The MG Astor stands out in its segment with several best-in-class features. It is the only vehicle in the 1.5L mid-SUV automatic segment to offer wireless charging under INR 15 lakh, available on the “Sharp Pro” trim. Additionally, the Astor boasts heated Outside Rear View Mirrors (ORVMs), a segment-first feature among ICE vehicles.
The Blockbuster SUV comes with an array of advanced features, including 14 Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) features, ventilated seats in the front row, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, and auto-dimming Inside Rear View Mirror (IRVM). The vehicle also features an updated i-SMART 2.0 system with an advanced user interface, offering over 80 connected features for a seamless driving experience.
